I was lucky enough to be invited to Ultimate Dubs by my friend Angus. It’s a Volkswagen / Audi Group (VAG) custom car show.
The love and care that’s gone into some of the cars is really impressive. I’m especially happy to see the classics so well taken care off.
Let’s take a look at the car’s on show, I’ll go by model.

Some none VAG stuff snuck into the trade stands, but some of it was quite nice!

You know some of them are so low that getting over speed humps are a challenge!

Haha, don’t worry, most of the low ones have air suspension 🙂 – they can go up and down 👍🤣

ooooh! like that old citroen we saw in the driveway of the neighbour!

Yeah, I think Citroen were the first to use Hydraulic and Pneumatic Suspension, but when the cars got little old all the pipes and connectors rusted and were an expensive nightmare to replace…. Nowadays you can buy these air kits like on these show cars that are modern and good for comfort and sports 🙂

Yeah we know, the neighbour’s complained about maintenance. Did not know what THAT was about…lol. Now we know!
